Working closely with a highly regarded Partner, you will advise a diverse and impressive client base that includes household-name corporates, international organisations, high-growth start-ups and established national brands. High quality, challenging litigation You will be involved in a broad range of high-value, complex and often business-critical disputes across multiple sectors. The work includes: Complex breach of contract, warranty and indemnity disputes Director, shareholder and partnership disputes Procurement litigation and supply-chain failures High-value professional indemnity claims Specialist disputes within the technology and fintech sectors You will enjoy a high level of responsibility, regular client contact and the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth and development of the practice. Experienced applicants wanted Applications are welcomed from Commercial Litigation Solicitors with 4 or more years’ PQE, gained within a boutique, national or international practice.
