About the Role We’re building the intelligent holiday platform of the future – and our Core Platform Services are at the heart of it. As Product Manager – Core Platform Services, you’ll set the vision, strategy, and delivery for the APIs, partner integrations, and developer services that power our ecosystem. This is a pivotal role that ensures our platform is scalable, secure, and developer-friendly, enabling teams to innovate quickly, drive new revenue streams, and expand our partnerships. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, data, and commercial teams to deliver platform capabilities that make a real difference – for our developers, partners, and customers. What You’ll Do Own and deliver the product strategy and roadmap for Core Platform Services. Lead discovery to understand developer, partner, and business needs. Work with engineering and architecture to evolve our platform in line with modern best practices. Prioritise effectively across technical enablement, customer value, and long-term goals. Support partner onboarding and integrations alongside commercial, operations, and legal teams. Define and measure KPIs on adoption, performance, reliability, and impact. Advocate for API-first thinking and excellent developer experience across the business. What We’re Looking For Essential: Strong product management skills across discovery, delivery, and stakeholder alignment. Excellent communicator who can translate complex technical needs into clear direction. Experience with platform products, APIs, or developer tools in fast-paced digital environments. Comfortable engaging with engineers on system design and aligning with commercial goals. A systems thinker who balances technical enablement with customer and business impact. Proactive, structured, and thrives in ambiguity. Nice to have: Experience managing APIs or developer platforms. Knowledge of partner or third-party integration strategies. Familiarity with REST, GraphQL, OpenAPI, OAuth2. Understanding of event-driven or microservices architectures. Background in marketplaces, SaaS, or e-commerce. Why Join Us?
