Senior Health & Safety Advisor
Job Location: Belfast (UK Travel)

INFORM3 are currently seeking an experienced Senior Health & Safety Advisor to support and enhance health, safety, and compliance standards across multiple sites in the UK.
This role is Belfast-based but involves regular travel (2–3 days per week) to ensure consistent implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices across operations.
Senior Health & Safety Advisor Responsibilities
* Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of health & safety policies and procedures
* Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments across multiple UK locations
* Provide expert guidance and practical support to operational teams on all HSE matters
* Ensure compliance with UK health & safety legislation and industry standards
* Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, producing detailed reports and corrective actions
* Deliver training sessions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs to staff at all levels
* Monitor performance metrics and produce regular HSE reports for senior management
* Support the development of a strong safety culture across all sites
* Liaise with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders where required
Senior Health & Safety Advisor Requirements
* Proven experience in a senior health & safety role, ideally across multi-site operations
* Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation and compliance requirements
* NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) preferred
* Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH desirable)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
* Willingness and flexibility to travel across the UK regularly (2–3 days per week)
* Full UK driving licence
