Weighbridge Operator (Temp to Perm)
Location: Bourne PE10
Pay Rate: £12.81 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Our client, a well-established metal recycling company, is seeking a reliable Weighbridge Operator to join their busy site. This is a great opportunity to secure long-term work with the potential for a permanent role.
Key Duties:
1. Operate the site weighbridge, recording all vehicle movements accurately
2. Process tickets and documentation using computer systems
3. Communicate with drivers, customers, and yard staff
4. Ensure compliance with site health, safety, and environmental standards
5. Support smooth daily site operations
Requirements:
6. Previous experience in a weighbridge or recycling environment preferred
7. Strong attention to detail and good IT/computer skills
8. Excellent communication and teamwork
9. Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Benefits:
