We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary School Teacher to join a supportive school in the LE3 area.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✅ Proven experience supporting pupils with SEN
✅ A caring, patient, and inclusive approach to teaching
✅ Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
✅ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
✅ A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
✅ A genuine passion for helping every child reach their full potential
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across the primary curriculum
Adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs
Support pupils with additional needs in and out of the classroom
Work closely with SENCOs, staff, and parents
Create a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment
Monitor progress and contribute to pupil development plans
