Investment Banking Senior Analyst – Healthcare Team

The Healthcare team leverages deep industry knowledge and long-standing relationships to maximise value for clients ranging from healthcare corporates to private equity-backed businesses.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the execution of Healthcare and Pharma M&A mandates and originate new business development leads
* Analyse and explain historical and projected financial information and business plans of target companies
* Coordinate and perform business due diligence
* Prepare high-quality marketing materials: management presentations, pitches, and other client-facing documents
* Conduct company valuations and financial analyses
* Assist in the planning and marketing of M&A engagements
* Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring quality, adherence to firm standards, and their professional development
Qualifications & Experience
* 3–4 years of M&A deal execution experience from an investment bank, boutique advisory firm, or Big 4 corporate finance/M&A team
* Proven track record of completing multiple M&A transactions from pitch to close
* Demonstrable experience managing multiple M&A workstreams simultaneously
* Strong financial acumen, capable of valuing Healthcare companies based on financial profile, strategic fit, and market attractiveness
* Ability to work effectively in complex situations and deliver results under pressure
* Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and ability to innovate
* Able to manage multiple engagements and shifting priorities
* Proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic; able to drive internal and transaction-related initiatives
