We are looking to speak with veterinary professionals interested in a locum veterinary surgeon - north wales opportunity in Bangor. The role is based in a North Wales practice needing practical, confident small animal locum cover. The rota is 2 to 4 day blocks with consults and routine surgery, no nights.

Practice profile

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first-opinion consultations with clear communication for pet owners
• Carry out routine surgery, dentistry or medical work in line with your confidence
• Work closely with RVNs, SVNs and support staff to maintain safe patient flow
• Keep accurate clinical records and contribute to a positive team culture

Requirements

• MRCVS registration or eligibility to register with the RCVS
• Confidence with first-opinion clinical work appropriate to the role
• A calm, professional approach with clients, colleagues and patients
• Availability for agreed locum dates and confidence working in a new practice environment
