We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Head of Pricing & Tender Manager (f/m/d) for our Trucking Division EMEA. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing common standards and processes for Tender Management, pricing, and tariffs across the EMEA region. You will work closely with regional and local teams to create a unified tariff structure for all road freight product segments and develop a joint pricing tool for use throughout the organization. These are your key tasks: Design and implement a unified tariff structure for all Road Freight business units and product segments across EMEA Develop and roll out a standardized pricing tool to be used consistently across the organization Create and continuously improve a harmonized tender process across all NX countries and their subsidiaries Establish and lead the EMEA Tender & Pricing Community to promote knowledge sharing and alignment Support Sales teams during customer meetings and contribute to solution design and commercial presentations Assist national organizations with analytical tasks and the development of tailored logistics solutions Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field, minimum Good communication skills in English and German (B2 level) Minimum of 10 years’ experience working in international logistics companies, with a focus on Road Transportation Proven first leadership experience and the ability to work effectively within a matrix organization Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment in communicating with diverse personalities across the organization Excellent self-management capabilities, including the ability to create structure in daily work, manage unplanned issues alongside routine tasks, and work independently within your areas of responsibility Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and think creatively outside the box Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Familiarity with widely used tender platforms Benefits A permanent position within a leading and innovative logistics company Engaging and varied responsibilities in a dynamic, international environment Supportive and collaborative team culture with a structured onboarding process A healthy work-life balance, including the option to work from home (hybrid model) Choice between a company car or a job ticket for convenient commuting Competitive benefits package and much more
