Junior Contracts Manager – Construction (Office Fit-Out)

We are seeking a motivated Junior Contracts Manager to join our growing team, specialising in commercial office fit-out projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop their career within construction and gain hands-on experience across all aspects of project delivery.
This is a predominantly office-based role in North Reading, with regular visits to project sites. Hybrid working is not offered, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, in-person environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing commercial office fit-out projects from start to finish

Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple projects
*
Attend site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards
*
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
*
Help manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
*
Contribute to problem-solving and day-to-day project challenges
