XPO’s Degree Apprenticeship Programme is a fully funded, four-year journey designed to fast track you into leadership. What You’ll Experience:
10. A hands-on role within our warehousing and transport operations, giving you exposure to both areas of the supply chain
11. Progressive responsibilities year-on-year, as you grow in experience, skills and confidence
12. A personalised development plan, complete with a senior mentor, role-specific training, and real-world experience
13. 10 days per year on campus for a taste of the university life and the opportunity to study at the Supply Chain Academy in Upminster
14. Opportunities to visit different sites, including our carbon-neutral head office in Crick, to broaden your understanding of the business
