Your New Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE to join the firms busy and highly regarded Dispute Resolution team in Belfast. You will manage a caseload of complex litigation matters including commercial disputes, contractual claims, and professional negligence cases. Draft pleadings, witness statements, and other court documents. Conduct advocacy at hearings where appropriate. Advise clients on risk management, settlement strategies, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) options. Liaise with counsel, experts, and third-party service providers. Ensure compliance with procedural rules and deadlines. Contribute to business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships. What You Need To Succee You will be a qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland with 25 years PQE in litigation/dispute resolution. You will have strong technical knowledge of civil procedure and litigation strategy. You will have excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills. You will have the ability to manage multiple cases and meet tight deadlines. You will have commercial awareness and be client-focused approach.
