Responsibilities of the Pensions Senior Administrator or Manager
* Assist in the management of pensions processing, servicing, and administration teams
* Ensure team objectives are set in a customer focussed culture
* Provide QC on the teams work
* Own incidents and drive forwards process improvements
* Keep up to date with regulatory changes
* Manage third party relationships (clients, suppliers, HMRC, regulators)
Background of the Pensions Senior Administrator or Manager
* Experience working within Financial Services
* Experience of pensions administration
* Understanding of pensions products and regulations
* Ideally experience at assistant manager or team leader level, however senior administrators will be considered
