Head Chef required for a venue serving 3 rosette level dishes, this venue is high end, good range of equipment in the kitchen and high-quality produce, including a kitchen garden. The owners are big on work-life balance, you will be creating high-end produce but a good range of shifts and not late nights every evening.
The role
Head Chef required with a rosette or michelin background to run the kitchen. You will be a hands-on chef who loves cooking and great produce. this is a small kitchen, so it is very hands on, this role will include all the standard Head Chef duties.
Expeirence
We are looking for a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef who has worked in 3 rosette, high end 2 rosette or michelin. As a Head Chef you will have great attention to detail, able to work in a hands on role and all about attention to detail.
