We are looking for a Head of HR who can make our company an employer of choice for the top talent in our industry. The Head of HR leading the HR team across the UK, USA, Ireland, The Netherlands and Israel. The successful candidate will set the strategic direction and manage the team in delivering a people-centred service to the business.
What will this role involve?
* To provide a proactive, professional and strategic HR business partnering service to all sites in their remit and their local management teams.
* As act as a member of the local site Senior Management Team(s) and to support the members of the team and their business.
* To support the AMS Group HR Director and the global HR Team in achieving HR Team objectives.
* To coach and train the local sites Management Team in relevant HR policies and processes.
* To manage the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies and procedures.
* To position HR as a strategic partner for all relevant business(es).
* To manage and develop a multi-national team of HR professionals.
* To lead their Human Resources team to ensure matters are handled fairly, consistently and in line with local legal and company requirements.
What we're looking for?
* CIPD qualified to level 7 as a minimum, or equivalent.
* Previous relevant HR generalist/advisory experience. Experience of managing a HR team.
* Sound knowledge of current employment law and its application.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
* High level of discretion due to the confidential and sensitive nature of the role.
* Strong IT skills.
* Flexibility with the ability to work well in a team.
* Ability to work in a fast paced, changing professional services environment.
* Strong attention to detail.
* This role offers Hybrid working, with a need to travel approx 25% of the time.
