Specialist Passenger Solutions is hiring a proactive and people-focused Lead Transport Supervisor to drive team performance and service excellence at Hinkley Point C.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our operations—managing staff rotas, supporting supervisors and drivers, and ensuring high standards in safety, service delivery, and communication .
* Oversee daily operations across SPS and HPC locations
* Lead and support supervisors and drivers on-site
* Manage vehicle allocation and respond effectively to operational incidents
* Champion safety, customer service, and operational efficiency
* Handle passenger issues and realign services as required
* Provide Duty Manager cover when needed
️ Safety and Security:
* Promote and adhere to all health, safety, and security procedures
* Ensure compliance with driving hours, CPC, and Working Time Directive regulations
* Attend required safety briefings and understand emergency protocols
* Health & safety knowledge
* Proven experience in a supervisory role
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Banksman trained (or willing to undertake training)
* PCV Licence / Full UK Driving Licence
* First Aid and/or CSCS card (training available)
* Knowledge of CPC regulations and driver compliance
