Responsibilities
* Supporting the orchestration of our brand narrative across all touchpoints, from maintaining the global social media calendar to managing press materials.
* Assisting in community and advocate engagement, including monitoring digital conversations and coordinating the dispatch of product seedings and press gifts.
* Helping to monitor and report on brand perception, tracking global press coverage and digital mentions, and assisting in the collection of social media performance data.
* Providing logistical support for key brand moments, whether it is coordinating assets for a digital campaign or assisting with the planning of a press event.
Qualifications
* Aesthetic Sensitivity: A deep appreciation for design and an exceptional level of attention to detail, from copy in a social post to the wrapping of a press gift.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written English and a burgeoning ability to communicate in a tone that is both professional and poetic, adapting to different audiences.
* Digital Curiosity: A strong interest in the mechanics of social media, combined with an understanding of how to build sincere relationships with media and advocates.
* Organizational Rigor: The ability to manage multiple administrative and logistical tasks with poise, discipline, and a high level of accuracy.
* Cultural Awareness: An active interest in the worlds of art, design, literature, and architecture, which informs Aesop's unique communications strategy.
* Currently in the second year of a university course that requires a one‑year industrial placement.
