As a Call Centre Assistant, you don’t need to have previous optics experience; you just need to be prepared to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team, ensuring every patient receives the best care in our stores.

Diary management, effective communication with customers, clinicians, and manufacturers, triaging.
