We have a really friendly team and are always looking for positive and enthusiastic individuals to come on board. We are currently recruiting for the position of Food & Beverage Supervisor.
As Food and Beverage Supervisor, you are responsible for providing and ensuring the rest of the team, provide a professional service to our guests. You will be an enthusiastic person who has a passion for customer service and hospitality, have great communication skills and able to build a rapport with residents and non-residents.
The role will include key responsibilities such as:
* Ensuring that the restaurant is set in time for service to the highest standard.
* Ensure appearance of employees is to appropriate standard
* Conduct regular training sessions with staff members to ensure menu knowledge is up to date
* Oversee breakfast or evening service
* End of night stock requisitions

This job includes a variety of shifts including weekends and evenings. Previous experience in a supervisory position preferred.
