Your role
As the Senior Caretaker, you will support the whole school in providing premises services, which will include health and safety, compliance, security and site maintenance.
Your responsibilities
To lead and manage a team of premises staff to deliver the highest standards in a large secondary school.
You will need:
* experience of leading and managing a large team
* the knowledge and expertise to meet all statutory requirements
* the ability to deliver an efficient and effective service, fit for purpose
* excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a range of both internal and external stakeholders.
