Overview
As Programme Manager your role will be dynamic, varied and highly rewarding working with employers and curriculum teams. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Motor Vehicle provision, including line management of the team. Working closely with your team and Head of School, you will look to develop a high-quality innovative curriculum that meets the needs of employers and delivers high quality outcomes for students.
Responsibilities
* Oversee day‑to‑day operation of the Motor Vehicle provision
* Line manage the teaching and support team
* Collaborate with employers and curriculum teams to develop innovative curriculum
* Ensure curriculum meets industry needs and delivers high quality student outcomes
* Support and encourage colleagues, acting as direct support for the Head of School
* Take on further responsibility as required
Qualifications
* Skills and knowledge of the Motor Vehicle industry
* Proven high quality teaching experience
* Core knowledge of the industry to enhance the learning experience for students
* People management ability and experience
* Self‑motivated and eager to develop further responsibility
