We are currently looking for a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to carry out building maintenance and remedial works within an education setting in North London As a Mobile Maintenance Plumber, you’ll ensure all plumbing systems within schools operate safely and efficiently. From carrying out preventative maintenance to responding to day-to-day issues, you’ll play a key part in creating a safe and comfortable environment for young adults and children. * Conducting mechanical maintenance, inspections, and repairs across a small number of schools. * Performing fault-finding, testing, and planned preventative maintenance. * Maintaining plumbing and heating systems throughout the contract * Repairing and replacing TMV's, radiator valves, taps, toilets, syphons, etc * Supporting wider building services such as electrical and fabric (with specialist support as needed). * Assisting with general facilities tasks and responding to helpdesk requests. * Liaising with external contractors during electrical-related projects.
