Our client is continuing to grow and expand the business, making it a perfect time to join. The Role Responsible for monitoring and tracking of shipments, handling of all queries promptly. Updating tracking systems and preparing of customs documentation. Administrative tasks including, invoicing, billing and reporting. Provide high level customer service and resolve any queries. The Right Person A strong administrator, ideally with previous experience working within shipping/ transport. Ability to work within tight time frames and be an excellent communicator. IT proficiency, good with numbers and ability to pick up on new systems quickly. A customer service professional, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders. The package for this role includes a salary of £25,000-£27,000 depending on experience, alongside a wider benefits package which can be discussed upon meeting with Honeycomb. This role is based in office in Belfast with a shift pattern of Monday- Friday 8am-4:15pm with 1-3 weekend cover 8am-12pm.
