About The Role

The role offers a 40-hour weekly rota (including evenings and some weekends) with a basic salary of £29,000. There is also the opportunity to earn an additional quarterly bonus of up to £2,000 — giving you the potential to achieve earnings of up to £37,000 per year.

Main Responsibilities:

8. Carry out accurate home surveys for kitchens and bedrooms, capturing all required measurements and technical details.
9. Record survey information electronically in line with GDPR requirements.
10. Deliver an exceptional customer experience through expert advice, clear communication, and high-quality surveys
11. Play a key role in reducing errors, improving efficiency, and ensuring customers receive a seamless installation experience.
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible personyou must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

12. Full UK manual driving licence
13. Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
14. Highly organised, with the ability to manage workloads and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
15. Strong communication skills, with the confidence to build great relationships with customers and colleagues.
16. Driven, analytical, and a proactive problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude
17. Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience
18. Strong IT skills with the confidence to quickly learn and use new software and technology.

Successful applicants will be required to complete a basic DBS check from the Disclosure & Barring Service before employment is confirmed. A criminal record will not automatically prevent employment, as each application will be considered on an individual basis.

Desired Skills and Knowledge:

19. Experience carrying out home surveys or measuring appointments.
20. Experience using CAD or planner software
21. Good understanding of kitchen installation requirements and relevant legislation.
22. Experience reviewing designs and identifying potential issues before installation.
23. Previous experience working in the kitchen industry
