As a Team Leader, you will be working within our Young Peoples Pathway (YPP) and Resettlement and Community Safety Scheme (RACS). You’ll be a vital part of these teams; you’ll be involved in a variety of tasks that keep our housing services running smoothly and to the highest standards.
Our Young People’s Pathway offers young people the necessary support, advice, and mediation to enable them to stay in their present accommodation. If it is not possible for someone to remain at home, we have a variety of accommodation options to suit their needs.
Our Resettlement and Community Safety provides housing-related support services for high and medium-risk offenders across North Yorkshire. Our mission is to empower individuals by helping them access suitable accommodation or maintain their current homes, thereby reducing the risk of reoffending and preventing homelessness.
You'll oversee the day-to-day management of the team of experienced housing support workers, ensuring that both client and staff welfare needs are met. You will also take responsibility for Foundation premises, keeping them safe and well-maintained.
