Family Solicitor

The team works closely with individuals, families, and guardians to provide clear, reliable legal support across a range of family law matters.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Advising and representing children through their court appointed Children's Guardian, as well as parents and relatives in care proceedings
* Managing cases involving child residence, contact arrangements, and disputes between parents or family members
* Acting in matters involving adoption, fostering, and applications relating to care orders
* Supporting clients through sensitive cases including child abduction and Legal Aid funded family proceedings
We\'re Looking For:
* Qualified Solicitor with experience in family law and children law matters
* Experience handling cases such as care proceedings, child residence, contact disputes, or adoption matters
* Strong client care skills with the ability to communicate clearly and sensitively
* Organised and capable of managing your own caseload effectively
* Experience working with Legal Aid cases is beneficial but not essential
