Job Description
* Manage the lifecycle of our products from conception through to retirement
* Identify and fill product gaps, leading to increased customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products
* Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
* Drive product launches with well-structured go-to-market plans
* Obtain and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements and features
* Stay updated with market trends to ensure the company's products remain competitive
* Work with the Engineering & Manufacturing team to deliver products that meet market needs
The Successful Applicant
A successful Product Manager should have:
* A degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or relevant field
* Proven experience (2-7 years) as a Product Manager or similar role in the life science, medical device (outside body) or consumer electronic industry
* Knowledge of market research, data analysis and product lifecycle management
* Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
