REACH Alternative Education is looking for Youth Workers to join our growing, committed and vibrant team.
We work on building transferrable skills and supporting young people with their social and emotional needs. Our approach is flexible and child-focused, using a mixture of outdoor education life skills and programs that engage and respect young people and their needs. We deliver both group and 1 to 1 sessions to students in KS2, KS3, KS4 and KS5, tailored to each student's need.

Previous experience not essential - a strong support system and training package will be provided.
The role is 37 hours per week. Term time only (daytime school hours/39 weeks a year). The position is subject to an Enhanced DBS check as part of our safer recruitment process. Please study our safeguarding policy prior to applying ). The post requires a full clean driving license (significant amount of driving as part of the role), use of own legal and appropriate car required, with mileage allowance given. Please note, part-time positions will be considered.
Starting salary - £19, in addition to statutory holiday entitlement) with competitive annual increments and a post-probation salary increase.
