About the Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA), you will play a vital role in supporting students both academically and personally. Key Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one assistance tailored to each student’s unique needs. Help students develop essential life and learning skills. Promote participation in social and community-based activities. Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to implement personalised learning plans. Foster a safe, inclusive, and motivating space for learning. Requirements Previous experience supporting individuals with SEN, ideally in a school or youth setting is advantageous. A caring, patient, and understanding approach. Strong interpersonal skills to engage with students, families, and colleagues. A collaborative mindset and a positive attitude. Relevant training or qualifications in SEN support are desirable. To work with GSL Education as a SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA), you should: Have the right to work in the UK. Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
