A business operating large-scale digital platforms within the automotive sector is looking for a Platform Engineer to join its CloudOps team.
The role sits within a team responsible for maintaining and improving the cloud infrastructure that supports high-traffic e-commerce platforms. Work will include supporting a major platform relaunch, improving platform reliability, and helping deliver new international environments as the business continues to expand.
This position offers a mix of platform operations, infrastructure automation, and delivery of new cloud environments.
Responsibilities
* Support the relaunch of a large automotive e-commerce platform
* Build and maintain secure, scalable AWS infrastructure
* Deliver new cloud environments for international platform rollouts
* Improve platform reliability, automation, and deployment processes
Technology Environment
* AWS
* Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
* CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling
* Observability tooling (logging, metrics, alerting)
Experience Required
* Hands‑on experience running Kubernetes in production environments
* Strong knowledge of AWS infrastructure (Azure experience also considered)
* Experience provisioning infrastructure using Terraform or similar IaC tools
