Senior Pensions Administrator

Role Overview
You will provide high-quality administration support for internal and external clients, act as a technical expert, and share your expertise by:
* Being a SME for processes, clients, systems, and tools, proficient in processing and checking.
* Monitoring team activity and coordinating workload in line with SLAs.
* Producing and analyzing reports for clients and internal use.
* Identifying process issues and driving improvements.
* Implementing changes to tools and documentation.
* Enhancing processing knowledge and continuous improvement.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge documents, including legislative changes.
* Training colleagues on processes and tools.
* Participating in audits.
* Providing constructive feedback and supporting team performance.
* Participating in projects impacting the team.
* Building strong relationships with clients and third parties.
* Achieving KPIs, SLAs, and quality targets.
* Supporting colleagues based on their needs.
* Maintaining technical and behavioral standards, including regulatory compliance.
* Performing additional tasks as required.
