Role Summary
Permanent part‑time (16, 20 or 25 hours per week) care worker for a team based in Inverbervie. You will support three individuals with physical and learning disabilities in a shared home environment. The role focuses on daily living assistance, community engagement and fostering independence for the residents.
Responsibilities
* Assist with personal care, meal preparation and house‑keeping tasks.
* Help with managing finances and household chores.
* Plan and participate in community activities and leisure pursuits such as arts & crafts, gardening and walks.
* Provide support to maintain and improve the quality of life for the residents.
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the team and external services.
* Participate in shift rotations, including sleepovers, public holidays and weekends.

* Driver's licence preferred (but not essential).
Training & Development
We fund the student qualification (SVQ, SCQF level 6/7) and cover annual SSSC registration fees. Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and register with the SSSC within three months of employment.
Shift Patterns & Compensation
Common shift windows are 0800–1500, 1530–2100 and 1500–1530 (including sleepovers). Sleepovers, public holidays and weekend shifts are on a rotational basis. Sleepover shifts are paid separately at £107.60 per shift. Annual leave is 26 days (increasing by five days after five years) plus four bank holidays.
