Role Mission: We seek a results-driven Customer Success Manager to lead and scale our customer success team. The role involves ensuring customer outcomes, driving retention, satisfaction, and growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, a customer-first mindset, and a proven track record in customer success.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading and developing the customer success team to enhance satisfaction and retention.
* Developing strategies for customer retention and growth through upselling and cross-selling.
* Ensuring seamless onboarding and proactive product adoption.
* Building strong customer partnerships and acting as a trusted advisor.
* Tracking KPIs like NPS and analyzing success outcomes.
* Refining customer success processes for efficiency and scalability.
* Collaborating internally with sales, enablement, and Tesco teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in the grocery retail industry, supporting insight and strategy development.
* Proven leadership skills in managing high-performing teams.
* Deep understanding of customer and retailer needs.
* Motivated, resilient, and inspiring team leadership.
* Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders and executives.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
