Exciting Office-Based Sales & Administration Role - Crawley
Are you confident, organised, and looking to develop your career in sales and administration? We are seeking a motivated individual to join our dynamic team in an office-based role with excellent opportunities for progression.
What You'll Do:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with confidence and professionalism.
Secure new customer appointments and develop client accounts using a pre-produced database.
Create and manage target customer databases for campaigns, including basic credit checks.
Follow up on leads and arrange client meetings.
Assist with general administrative tasks and coordinate customer events and meetings.
Manage the CEO's diary in relation to new client appointments.
Support internal sales processes and contribute to the growth of the business.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
Confident, proactive, and able to manage your time effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Motivated to succeed, with the potential to progress to an external sales role (company vehicle provided).
What We Offer:
Competitive salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per year, depending on experience.
Commission structure for successfully introducing new client meetings and opened accounts.

Full-time, office-based role (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) - part-time arrangements considered for the right candidate.
