We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Pastoral Manager to join our dynamic support staff team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the welfare of our students and supporting the Senior Leadership Team in creating a disciplined and purposeful environment throughout the school.
You’ll be able to:
* Communicate with parents about pastoral issues, lead meetings with families, and collaborate with the SENDCo to identify students requiring interventions.
* Provide pastoral support to students, identify personal issues affecting them, and implement plans for their care and support.
* Manage and record data on the school's management information systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for safeguarding and well-being.

You should have:
* GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4) or equivalent.
* Experience motivating students and promoting high expectations.

* Knowledge of the education sector, safer recruitment, and safeguarding/child protection.
