Where will you be working?

We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation.
Distribution and connections- As one of the largest Independent Connection Providers (ICP’s) in the UK, we support distribution network operations across infrastructure.
Our team installs and maintains distribution networks and ensures reliable connections for customers. carrying out electrical planned work, customer connections and network reinforcement.

What will you be doing?
Are you ready to take the lead in shaping commercial success? We’re looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to support to lead the commercial aspects of our projects in North Wales!
You’ll oversee subcontractor management, ensure compliance with quotations and applications, and coach Quantity Surveyors on variations and final accounts. From monitoring risk registers to recovering contract costs, you'll drive profitability and efficiency.
This role also involves preparing financial reports, developing negotiating skills, and enhancing commercial processes. Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Commercial staff while adhering to ISO standards and company policies. Ready to take charge and make a difference?

What you’ll bring

Previous experience or qualification in Quantity Surveying
Full Clean UK Driving Licence
Knowledge of Contract law NEC 3 & 4, Option A, C & E
Contract experience, capturing site records for variations and valuations; supporting a project team
