About the Role: You’ll take the lead in managing and growing a portfolio of HNW clients, offering holistic financial planning across investments, pensions, tax, and estate planning. Working alongside a collaborative team of advisers and support staff, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional client outcomes while contributing to the growth of the business. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored financial planning and wealth management advice to HNW individuals and families. Foster strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure a high level of service and retention. Drive new business through referrals, professional connections, and strategic introductions. Translate complex financial matters into clear, goal-oriented advice. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and client-first experience. Uphold the highest ethical standards and always act in the best interest of clients. About You: Proven success in a senior financial planning or wealth management role, focused on HNW clients. Chartered or working toward Chartered status.
