We are working with a well-established and growing organisation within the construction sector who are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring delivery is achieved safely, on time, and within budget. This is a hands-on role requiring strong coordination, communication, and compliance knowledge across site operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee construction contracts across multiple sites
* Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality standards
* Maintain full compliance with CDM Regulations 2015 and wider health & safety legislation
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
* Conduct site visits, progress reviews, and risk assessments
* Support continuous improvement in operational and safety performance
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role within construction (minimum 1-2 years)
* Strong working knowledge of CDM (Construction Design and Management) Regulations 2015
* Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Full UK driving licence
