The Role
* Setting and operating CNC Mills or CNC Lathes
* Working from detailed engineering drawings
* Producing precision components to tight tolerances
* Tool changes, offsets, and minor program edits
* Small to medium batch work
* Carrying out self-inspection and quality checks

* Proven experience as a CNC Miller or CNC Turner
* Strong setting experience (essential)
* Ability to work independently from drawings
* Experience working to fine tolerances
* Quality-focused and reliable
* Positive attitude and team player
