Learning Behaviour Mentor
We’re on the lookout for a learning behaviour mentor to support pupils with everyday learning and tasks. Could you be the person to build relationships with young people who need a bit of extra support to thrive in a school environment?
What we’re looking for:
* Experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs
* Confidence in managing challenging behaviour
* A calm, patient and resilient approach
* Someone who genuinely wants to make a difference
What you’ll be doing:
* Working 1:1 with pupils, supporting behavioural and emotional needs
* Working alongside teachers and staff to implement behaviour strategies
* Leading small group activities
* Helping pupils engage with learning
* Support pupils to feel safe and understood

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
