Are you a Salesforce enthusiast with 2+ years’ experience looking to take your skills to the next level? Join a leading charity and help transform data into better outcomes for the communities we serve.
What you’ll be doing:
* Be the in-house Salesforce go-to, helping colleagues solve challenges, use the system effectively, and learn best practices.
* Keep our database running smoothly and securely, following UK GDPR and data protection standards.
* Build and share insightful reports and dashboards that turn data into action.
* Make sure Salesforce integrates seamlessly with our website and other digital tools.
* Collaborate across teams to segment data, tailor communications, and prepare for future AI-driven insights.
What you bring:
* 2+ years’ Salesforce experience including a Salesforce Administrator certification.
* Proven skills in CRM configuration (flows, validation rules, profiles, permissions).
* Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Nice to have:
* Experience integrating Salesforce with tools like Form Assembly or payment systems.
* Knowledge of data analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau BI).
