A well-established and growing Surrey-based firm is looking to add a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to its Woking team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants more than just a caseload - offering real scope to progress, get involved in business development, and grow with the firm long-term.
You’ll handle a full range of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, working within a supportive and collaborative environment that genuinely invests in its people.
What they’re looking for:
Ideally 2–3 years’ PQE (flexible for strong experience)
Able to manage your own caseload confidently
Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
Excellent client care and communication skills
Proactive, commercially aware approach
Interest in building relationships / developing work is a plus
