Job Description
The European Sales Manager will:Manage and grow key accounts across Benelux & Nordic regionsDevelop strong distributor partnerships and drive performanceIdentify new business opportunities and expand market shareBuild relationships with customers, contractors, and stakeholdersSupport sales planning, forecasting, and budget deliveryWork closely with internal teams across sales, operations, and marketingEngage in early-stage project/specification sales where relevantMonitor market trends and competitor activity
The Successful Applicant
A successful European Sales Manager should have:Essential:
3. Experience in field sales / account management
4. Background working with distributors or indirect sales channels
5. Exposure to construction, engineering, or technical products
6. Strong relationship-building and commercial skills
7. Willingness to travel across UK, Benelux & Nordics
Desirable (not essential):
8. Experience in infrastructure or civil engineering sectors
9. Formal sales training or use of CRM systems
10. Experience managing multi-country territories
11. Degree or further education (business or technical)
