Role Summary
The Stores Expansion Coordinator supports the day-to-day project and research needs of the Retail Expansion team. This is a junior position ideal for someone interested in learning about international retail development, commercial site planning, and project management. The role will assist in evaluating potential store locations, coordinating expansion timelines, and ensuring smooth communication across departments during the store opening process.You will report to the Regional Retail Expansion team and collaborate with internal teams including Construction, HR, Logistics, and Legal.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in research and desktop analysis of potential markets, locations, and shopping areasCoordinate with brokers or landlords to gather site proposals and relevant informationMaintain and update internal databases and trackers for site pipeline and project statusSupport project documentation such as site evaluation decks and approval formsFollow up on key milestones across teams (e.g. leasing, construction, visual merchandising, store readiness)Help schedule and organise meetings with internal and external stakeholdersPrepare summary reports and materials to support decision-makingMonitor store opening timelines and flag delays or risks for actionProvide ad hoc administrative support to the Retail Expansion function
Candidate Profile
Essential:
Bachelor's degree (Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or similar discipline)1–2 years' experience in a research, coordination, or project support roleStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsProficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking toolsProactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced, growing businessFluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
Nice to Have:
Interest in retail, commercial real estate, or international expansionFamiliarity with leasing terms, store development, or project workflowPrevious experience in a retail or consumer-focused business
