Description
As the Administrator for the Property and Leasing team, you will:
Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
Assist with data entry and ensure all systems are up-to-date.
Handle incoming communications and direct them to the appropriate team members.
Support with the preparation of presentations and other business materials.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Contribute to the smooth operation of the department through ad hoc administrative duties.Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role, ideally within the property sector.
Strong proficiency with office software and tools.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
