Pay: £88.94 - £95 per day (paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees)

About the Role
As an LSA - Learning Support Assistant in Doncaster, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 within mainstream primary settings. The LSA - Learning Support Assistant will provide both 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils stay engaged, build confidence, and make progress in their learning.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support as an LSA - Learning Support Assistant
* Support pupils with a range of abilities, including those with additional needs
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
* Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and participation
* Support positive behaviour and classroom routines
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff and SENCOs
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience working as an LSA - Learning Support Assistant or similar role (desirable)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for working with children and supporting their development
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
* CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning is beneficial but not essential
