About the Role:
* Hours: Flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work across different practice locations.
* Comprehensive support for onboarding and ongoing development.
* Opportunity to shape the future of orthodontic care in general practice.
* Deliver orthodontic care from consultation to treatment delivery (within GDC scope).
* Work under a structured supervisory model (BOS guidelines).
* Engage in virtual consultations and remote supervision.
* Participate in ongoing training and competency sign-offs.
* Support the rollout of digital workflows and equipment kits.
About You:
* GDC-registered Orthodontic Therapist.
* Experience in private orthodontic care is desirable.
* Committed to clinical governance and quality assurance.
* Excellent communication and strong teamwork skills.
