The Role: Be the Digital Bridge Between Europe and HQ
We're looking for a
Digital IT Business Analyst – Europe
to join our regional team and act as a strategic link between
local business units
across Europe and our
HQ IT team in China
.
You'll work across ecommerce, CRM, and digital platforms—ensuring business needs are clearly captured, translated into technical solutions, and successfully rolled out across Europe. This role is perfect for a
solutions-oriented analyst
who thrives in multicultural environments and enjoys turning complexity into clarity.
What You'll Do
* Act as the bridge
between EU teams and HQ IT in China – ensuring aligned priorities and smooth communication.
* Partner with stakeholders to
support and enhance
ecommerce, CRM, and digital platforms across multiple markets.
* Gather, analyse, and document
business requirements, translating them into actionable specs for HQ development teams.
* Ensure
regional GDPR compliance
– working closely with legal/DPO teams and HQ.
* Manage regional
rollouts and enhancements
, ensuring alignment with global digital strategy.
* Lead
UAT
, training, and change management across EU teams for new tools and features.
* Continuously identify
digital opportunities
to enhance customer experience and streamline operations.
Who You Are
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital/IT environments.
Strong understanding of
eCommerce platforms
and
CRM systems
.
Proven experience ensuring
GDPR compliance
and working with DPO/legal stakeholders.
Experience working with
global HQ teams
on regional system implementations.
Solid grasp of
project management methodologies
(Agile/Waterfall); certifications are a plus.
Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator, ideally across multiple European countries.
Fluent in
English
; additional
European languages
(e.g., German, French, Italian, Spanish) are a big plus.
Nice to Have, But Not Required
* Experience supporting
Asia-based HQs
or global ecommerce operations.
* Familiarity with
retail, collectibles, or lifestyle consumer brands
.
* Interest in or exposure to
digital commerce in the designer toy or pop culture space
.
