Spa Assistant/Cleaner As a multi award-winning spa, our spa cleaners are essential in upholding our stellar reputation. From maintaining the spa's cleanliness, to meeting and greeting guests on the spa reception, our spa cleaners have a diverse and exciting role. Your main responsibilities will include - Cleaning the spa area, including the swimming pools, heat rooms and changing rooms / toilets- Welcoming guests into the area and ensuring that any requests are dealt with quickly and professionally- Ensuring there is always a plentiful supply of towels available- Maintain a high standard and safe, relaxing environment Skills - Friendly and approachable personality- Awareness of guest safety in an emergency – basic lifeguard training is provided- Ability to work well within a dedicated team- Ability to multi-task Hours of work 20.75 hours per week worked on a 2 week rota basis including some weekends.
