IT & Systems Support Engineer – Aberdeen, UK | Full‑time, permanent

Richard Irvin, an RSK Group company, is recruiting a dedicated engineer to support our team of engineers, operations staff, project managers, and compliance specialists across the UK.
Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for IT support issues, escalating where necessary.
* Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to laptop hardware, Microsoft Office 365, Windows OS, printers, network connectivity, and other core systems.
* Provide support remotely, over the phone, and in person when required.
* Assist in maintaining and updating IT documentation, asset records, and support procedures.
* Help achieve company‑wide ISO 27001 accreditation.
* Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, Exchange Online, Azure, and other systems.
Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience in an IT Support or similar technical support role.
* Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365.
* Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange Online, Azure, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
* Good understanding of IT hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
* Full UK driving licence.
