We are looking for a Personal Assistant that is:
* Empathetic and caring, with a genuine passion for professional delivery and wanting to make a positive impact on the life of someone who requires support in their home
* An excellent communicator with the ability to confidently and clearly understand and undertake a care plan and communicate well with the surrounding team
* A professional person with experience as a live-in carer/personal assistant or the ability and desire to learn the role
* Excited about working with people with a desire to go above and beyond
* Organised and happy managing diaries

What we need from you
* Due to high demand, we require all our carers to complete our screening process including:
* An initial call with HR or Leila our registered manager
* A video interview with our registered manager and the client
* Ability to complete the HLG Complex Care Ltd training and onboarding process
* The right to work in the UK
* A clear, enhanced DBS and references. If you do not have a DBS we can run one for you free of charge.
* A desire to continually improve as a PA/carer, completing a 1 on 1 session with our in-house clinical lead nurse regularly
